The Star Tribune Guild is an organized labor union representing about 200 newsroom, editorial, circulation and promotions employees at the Star Tribune Media Company. Since 1934, the Star Tribune Guild has been striving to improve pay, benefits and working conditions for our members. The Star Tribune Guild is a unit of the Minnesota Newspaper & Communications Guild (TNG-CWA 37002), and affiliated with The News Guild and Communications Workers of America.
